Microsoft fixes Windows 11 bug that disabled mouse and keyboard in Recovery Mode

Microsoft has swiftly released an urgent out-of-band (OOB) update, known as KB5070773, to tackle a glitch in Windows 11 that caused USB input devices, such as mice and keyboards, to become non-functional within the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). This problem emerged following the deployment of the KB5066835 security update earlier this month, impacting computers operating on Windows 11 versions 24H2, 25H2, as well as Windows Server 2025. The quick response from Microsoft aims to ensure users can continue to navigate and operate their systems seamlessly. Stay tuned for further updates on this issue.
