Microsoft fixes Windows 11 bug that disabled mouse and keyboard in Recovery Mode

Microsoft recently released an urgent out-of-band (OOB) update, identified as KB5070773, to tackle a glitch in Windows 11 that rendered USB input devices such as mice and keyboards non-functional within the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). This problem emerged following the deployment of the KB5066835 security update earlier this month, impacting systems operating on Windows 11 versions 24H2, 25H2, as well as Windows Server 2025. The update aims to swiftly rectify these disruptions and ensure seamless device functionality.
