Microsoft fixes Windows 11 bug that disabled mouse and keyboard in Recovery Mode

Microsoft recently released an urgent out-of-band (OOB) update, identified as KB5070773, to tackle a critical glitch in Windows 11. This bug was causing USB input devices, such as mice and keyboards, to become non-functional within the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). The problem emerged following the deployment of the KB5066835 security update earlier this month, impacting devices operating on Windows 11 versions 24H2, 25H2, as well as Windows Server 2025. The update aims to restore functionality and ensure a seamless user experience for those affected by this issue.
